Job Description

Administration and Booking in Clerk Full-Time, PermanentEast KilbrideUp to £24,000Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm Friday 8am-3pm We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration and Booking in Clerk to join our manufacturing client based in East Kilbride. The ideal candidate will have previous Administration experience in addition to a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Officepackages and a high level of attention to detail.Job Description

  • Maintaining office files and documents
  • Uploading incoming customer purchase orders into the production system
  • Liaising with numerous departments and composing quotations for customers.
  • Communicating with customers and acknowledging purchase orders
  • Reiterate customer purchase order requirements to the appropriate person.
  • Compiling customer quality packages
  • Taking on any additional tasks required to support the business.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
  • You will need to have previous administration experience
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing setting would be an advantage
