Job Description

Our fleet consists of exciting modern machines that are imperative to building today’s sleek skylines, utilities and infrastructure sectors.Due to continued success and business growth, we are looking for hungry, ambitious, goal-orientated sales professionals to be part of our team in the Leicestershire region.The RoleYou will support the successful delivery of the sales strategy by identifying business opportunities from new customers and optimising profit potential through existing customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work in partnership and collaborate with the Sales & Commercial Director, depot managers and the wider regional ABDM’s
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement activities to deliver the area sales and overall business strategies.
  • Build and maintain a solid internal and external network of key stakeholders.
  • Identify possibilities for optimising the BP business presence and brand through marketing activities.
  • Contribute to creating a consistent customer-focused approach through the complete sales cycle.
About youYou will be passionate about delivering value and nurturing customer relationships to make a real difference in the customer experience.Your Experience:
  • You will have previous experience in Plant Hire (Tools, Plant, or Powered Access) and be able to provide guidance, advice and support to customers about products and services.
  • Be experienced in actively seeking new business opportunities while maximising existing customer relationships.
  • Be confident in networking events to build strong relationships with customers, providers], partners and suppliers.
  • Experience of MCS-RM CRM is advantageous.
