Job Description

My client is a family run passenger transport business, based just outside Edinburgh city centre.They are looking for a skilled Office Co-ordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks in a busy transport office. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other businessactivities.Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9.30-2.30pm - Flexibility during school holiday.(Full time position would be considered)Job description

  • Answering Incoming telephone calls.
  • Confirming coach hire bookings.
  • Driver administration tasks.
  • Inputting bookings onto system.
  • Taking online payments.
  • Stock ordering.
  • Filing and General Ad hoc duties.
  • Full training provided.
Required
  • Good communication skills.
  • Time management.
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Client relationships
  • Experience with administrative software, such as Microsoft Office, including Excel.
28 days holiday, pension, onsite parking.
