Job Description

Reed Sunderland Business Support are currently representing a Boldon based client who is looking to appoint a full time permanent Service Coordinator and Trainee Coordinator to join their busy services team.Benefits include:

  • Fully office based - there are no WFH or hybrid options with this role
Reporting in to the Services Manager, your duties will include:(FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE TRAINEE COORDINATOR ROLE)
  • Daily planning of allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements
  • Updating customers on their open/ongoing repairs/orders
  • Liaising with other internal departments where required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Good communication and team working skills are essential
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
