Job Description

***DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE LETTINGS INDUSTRY***We are in need of an experienced Property ManagerEarlsdon - CoventryBasic Salary up to 26k - 28k Dependant on experience + Comms to OTE 30kCar allowance £150 per month + Business mileage allowanceOTE £30,000Start Spring with the local Boutique Estate Agent focused on speed, delivery and efficiency. If you have experience in the Lettings industry and seek a new challenging role then we have an opening for a Tenancy and Property Manager helping to managea portfolio of properties.* What you’d be doing Day to Day:- Work closely with your Property Management team ensuring all properties are legal, safe and ready for occupation- Deliver a five-star service to our landlords and tenants through the life cycle of a fully managed property- Carry out Pre-Tenancy Inspections- Undertake administrative tasks, keeping records and logs up to date- Develop strong, long-term relationships with our Landlords and Tenants, ensuring we retain and develop all possible business opportunities- Checking works are completed and keeping all parties updated - Helping at the end of tenancies including communication relating to deposit returns- Resolving issues quickly and efficiently- Understands the importance of improving the quality of our portfolio by actively promoting our refurbishments team- Remain up to date with relevant legislation- Attending regular morning meetings with relevant Lettings teams in their offices, ensuring excellent communication between teamsRequirements & Skills:- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills- Previous property management experience essential- Able to deliver excellent customer service experience- Strong attention to detail- Persistent and tenacious- Team player- Natural ability to trouble shoot with a keen desire to succeed- Ability to cope well under pressureClient servicing, building and maintaining successful client relationships, planning and organising, ability to multi task are key attributes to our practice. In addition to which you will be of smart appearance with professional communication skills, goodknowledge of Lettings regulations and contractual agreements and local market with an ability to work under pressure, propose and implement initiatives and competent in using Microsoft word.
