Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced PA to work for a fashion/clothing supplier. This will be an office based role, hours are 9am to 6pm.Applicants should posses high organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under minimal guidance. You should have experience in working in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO and senior management team to understand their support needs; including, but not limited to, diary management, travel and expenses and meeting preparation
  • Timely and accurate coordination of internal and external meetings, including logistical details, communication, and follow-up
  • Coordinate travel arrangements both domestic & international, requiring an understanding all aspects of each executives business agenda, as well as personal preferences, may include making restaurant and other business entertainment suggestions and reservations
  • Proactively and frequently check in with managers
  • Screen communications as needed reading, researching, collecting, prioritizing, and routing correspondence and information with proper level of professionalism
  • Maintain and protect confidentiality regarding all aspects of client and company information
  • Adhere to company policy while best needing the needs of executives supported
  • Support business projects as directed carrying out research and preparing briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Look after the admin side of the company (company equipment, deliveries, postage and more)
Experience/skills required:
  • Experience in an EA/PA role, ideally supporting at Executive/Board level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The confidence to interact and influence at all levels; internally and externally
  • Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage own projects and support others
  • Self-management and prioritisation skills
  • Able to effectively meet deadlines across multiple competing priorities
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft packages
