Job Description

Pringles Care Services is looking to recruit an EXPERIENCED Care Coordinator for its office to work alongside our other care-coordinators. Pringles Care Services is a well-established and expanding domiciliary care agency that has been providing care assistants to clients and helping them to continue living safely and independently in their own homesApplicants must have knowledge of the HOME CARE SECTOR.Applicant should have a knowledge about rostering software such as PEOPLE PLANNER (this is desirable but not essential)The Care Coordinators duties will include:

  • Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users in an appropriate manner
  • Producing care workers’ rota and managing the roster software with People planner
  • Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and timeliness for visits
  • Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor
  • Conducting telephone monitoring and ensuring service quality
  • Responding to emails from social workers
  • Speaking with services users and families over the phone.
  • Be a part of the weekly ON CALL once per month.
  • The role of Care Coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the individual to work alongside the senior co-coordinator to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients. For the Care Coordinator to perform effectively, the successful applicant will have had at least TWO YEARS previous experience care coordinating and be able to adapt to changes and deal with pressure and will also possess the following key attributes, which must be demonstrated at interview:Essential Attributes of a Care Coordinator:
