Support Worker / Care AssistantLocation: Ecclesbourne Lodge, Derbyshire, DE56 4AQContract: Full time, PermanentSalary: £18,500- £20,400- DOEAbout us:Ecclesbourne Lodge is an ideal home for people with complex difficulties and challenges that require specialised person centered support in a caring yet productive environment.Residents are able to learn practical life skills and take part in a range of community and home-based activities, enabling their progress towards a more independent life.Would you like to take on a new role that will give you a true sense of job satisfaction every dayThe role:As a Support Worker at Ecclesbourne Lodge you will work alongside the best in their field and give quality care and guidance to the residents.You will support the residents in their home and out in the community. This means no day is ever the same. Our Support Workers have supported residents to go indoor rock climbing, llama trekking, swimming and even a trip to Disneyland!As a Support Worker you will experience challenging behaviour, but we will provide you will the appropriate training and a series of shadow shifts so you can be confident in your ability to handle these situations safely.
