Part time Receptionist 16.5 hours working Thursday and Friday. The salary is £17,500 pro rata.Based Belper Derbyshire.We are looking for an experienced receptionist, familiar with switchboard, room bookings, arranging refreshments, mail incoming and outgoing, ordering stationary, familiar doing admin tasks,, running reports on daily basis.Happy to work 16.5 hours a week on Thursday and Friday 8:00-17:00.In your previous role you will have dealt with diary and room bookings, arranging refreshments, answering emails, opening mail, welcoming and dealing wit visitors, making them drinks, you should be extremely proficient in dealing with internal and external customers on the phone and face to face. You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Calendar, Word etc.This is working Monday and Friday 8am - 5pm so 2 days.In return you get to work for a leading company with excellent benefits.Commutable from Derbyshire, Belper, Denby, Ripley, Duffield, Derby Required skills
