About the roleA confident communicator and attentive listener, you’ll deal with inbound telephone calls and look after customers on a face-to-face basis at our collection points. You’ll also work closely with our drivers regarding collection and deliveries. Ultimately, it’s all about making sure we exceed our customer expectations. Uniform is also supplied.Driving Licence RequirementsIt’s essential that you have a full manual driving licence (in your current address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B). In an ideal world you’ll have a clean licence but it definitely shouldn’t have more than 6 penalty points. And, just so you know, you’ll be required to show your licence at your assessment.About you Energetic and empathetic, you love talking to customers and have a talent for building relationships with customers over the phone and in person. Experience working in a front line customer service role would be useful, but isn’t essential. What’s more important is that you have a good level of computer literacy and an eagle eye for detail as you’ll be inputting information from databases.
