Job Description

Are you a passionate and customer focused administrator looking for a new opportunityWe are looking for a caring and hard-working professional to work within our finance/payroll department.Operating a care focused consultancy, we provide tailored permanent and agency recruitment solutions to a variety of private, statutory, and not for profit organisations across the UK within the social care sector.We care deeply for the needs of our clients and candidates and reflect this with an honest and reliable service to both. Our consultants aspire to deliver the best professional service possible with a real focus on customer service, building relationshipsand building and maintaining an excellent reputation. To complement this service, we are looking for an exceptional individual who will assist in the smooth running of the finance/hr/payroll function by producing timely and accurate documentation, derivinginformation from employee timesheets, collating and inputting payroll data prior to third party processing.In order to be eligible for this role you must:

  • Have experience within an administration role
To be successful in this role you will need:Skills/Behaviours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both at a written and spoken level;
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be prepared to interrogate information to produce the correct results;
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work across all levels and engage with people accordingly

  • To be Self-motivated and effective team player
  • To remain professional and have 100% confidentiality across the business whilst adhering to GDPR requirements
