Job Description

Working partly remote you will be the first point of contact for all IT support enquiries. All within a company which is ever growing and provides social housing for the vulnerable. As the 1st line support technician within this organisation you will havethe opportunity to know you are making a difference in peoples everyday life.As a 1st line support technician you will:

Provide excellent levels of customer service
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Repair and maintain hardware on site
Be the 1st point of contact for any IT issues

I would like to speak to 1st line support technicians who are well versed in repairing and maintaining software and hardware all while offering excellent levels of customer service.As a 1st line support technician the following experience is required:

Office 365
Troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of Networks
Windows server
Active directory administration
Phone systems
