You will lead a new housing management team following a restructure that was completed in April 2019.You will work corporately as a member of the cross Association Operational Management Team as well as the space to roll-up your sleeves in managing and influencing our nationwide neighbourhood management team. You will also have the opportunity to shape rent collection, lettings, and wider neighbourhood management/support services.About YouYou will be self-motivated and committed to delivering a high quality customer service.An experienced housing management professional, ideally with a range of experience motivating people, delivering innovation and a great service to customers. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Habinteg’s inclusive housing mission.You will need to demonstrate experience in delivering housing management at a senior level, understanding of relevant legislation, delivering compliant and value for money services.You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt to different circumstances and travel to different locations.Strong written and verbal communication skills will be needed to represent Habinteg when dealing with partners and customers alike.Why work for us·Multiple opportunities for role related training which can be done online or face to face.
