Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity if you have excellent Customer Service skills and are currently seeking a new and rewarding role working within an extremely friendly organisation conveniently situated between Bradford and Gildersome, West Yorkshire being close to fantastic amenities and motorway network, our client offers a great team working environment and free parking!Working as a Customer Service Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Updating the CRM and Excel spreadsheets
  • Updating customers
  • Organising contractors and making bookings
    • You will have excellent communication and IT skills, having previous experience working in customer service role.
