You will go through our structured induction and training programme, your trainingwill continue as you progress in the role.As a Forklift Operator, you will be based in the manufacturing department of the factory - the role of a Forklift driver is based in a fast-moving manufacturing environment so you must be comfortable with working in a dynamic and often challenging environment.You will be trained on how to log on to our systems so enabling you to print label and move stock to the desired area, some quality checks are involvedStarting Salary for this position is £10.97p/h however, as your skill set grows, you will have an opportunity to increase your salary within your first 6 months of starting with the Company to £12.55p/h earning you a yearly salary of £26,000 before overtime!Your working week as a Forklift driver will be:Week 1: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-6:00pmWeek 2: Monday-Thursday, 6:00pm-6:00amThis role is commutable by your own means of transport from Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington, Driffield and Malton !Castle Employment Group is an award-winning recruitment company based in Scarborough, Leeds and York.
