They are looking for carers to join their professional, compassionate, robust team. Their Management team are supportive,caring and helpful. Being a smaller care company they know and support their care assistants on an individual basis.Candidates with Caring experience & NVQ 2 or 3 are particularly welcome to apply.Our Client strives to make changes for the better, to promote individual care needs and preferences. They encourage their service users to conquer goals they didnt think they would be able to achieve.About the Successful Care Assistant Candidate:Traits of a Care Assistant that they would love on board, may include: Bubbly personality. Kind nature. Empathetic. Can work well on their own initiative and part of a team. Enjoys training and extending their knowledge. Has the drive to make a difference and will go above and beyond the call of duty.Experience is preferred - preferably at least 1 year.
