Salary: up to £65,000 (car allowance, bonus, other benefits)
Hybrid working considered after probationary period

Atkinson Moss have been engaged to assist our Group client recruit into one of the organisations SME businesses, in the position of Finance Manager. This is a diverse and challenging position, identifying opportunities for process remodelling and proposingthe implementation of change to improve efficiency whilst providing insight to the business financial strategy.Our Successful Candidate:We are looking for you to contribute a blend of professional training, commercial experience and financial knowledge to the position, highlighted by;

Recognised professional finance / accounting qualification and ongoing membership, including ACCA, ACA or equivalent
Significant experience within a finance position, demonstrating commercial acumen with an emphasis on financial due diligence, and business planning.
Ability to think strategically, assessing information and impact affecting local and wider business teams.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with and presenting information to senior management including directors and the board.
Capable providing input to business strategy.
