My client are an establishedfirm of Financial Planners providing holistic financial advice to a range of professional clients and HNW individuals. They have grown exponentially in the past 4 years and are currently recruiting for a IFA Client Support Administratorto join their busy, friendly and vibrant team.Your main Responsibilities: To provide efficient administrative support to a number of Financial Planners Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails To be a point of contact for IFAs, clients, life offices and members of the business Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date Maintenance of diary management system, ensuring daily workflow is completed accurately and in line with SLAs Assist with the management of the IFAs portfolio of existing business Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records Prepare and format reports in accordance with Company guidelines Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings Obtain research when requested for Pension & Investment productsRequirements: 2 years experience of supporting advisers in an office administration support role is preferable Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members Effective organisational and planning skills Able to work to deadlines Able to forge and develop relationships Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel & OutlookIf you have the relevant experience and want to further your career development, this role will be for you, so please apply right away.
