Our client, one of the UKs number 1 distribution companies, are looking for motivated and reliable candidates who are keen to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career!CastleView Group are committed to the selection, training/upskilling, recruitment, and development of the quality people to fulfil our roles, basing decisions and judgments completely on suitability for the job and upskilling.We are looking for several Warehouse Operatives to join a buzzing team!No experience is required as full training will be provided.Job Responsibilities:As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking customers orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity.
• Accurately picking, lifting, and moving products around the warehouse safely.
• Precisely reading instructions from a scanner.
• Loading and unloading the vehicles ready for delivery.
• Completing tasks using high level Person Up Platform.
• Standing and/or walking during the duration of a shift (standard full-time shifts are 10 hours excluding overtime, flex and part-time shifts may vary).
• Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight. Reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during the duration of a shift.
• Working on a secure mezzanine at a height of between 9 to 12 metres (equivalent to a 3 or 4 storey building).
• Following all Health and Safety Regulations.

Shifts and Salary:

• Days ~ £9.50 Per Hour ~ Nights £11.21 Per Hour.
• 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.
• Overtime Rates £14.25- £19.00 Per Hour
