Job Description

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVEMONDAY - FRIDAYA thriving company within the banking sector is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join their fast-paced, exciting team. As a Customer Relationship Executive,you will be providing transactional account management support and guidance to dealer partners at every stage of their journey to build sustainable long-lasting relationships.BENEFITSAn extensive benefits package is offered by this company.   • Supporting dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies
  • Engaging with the sales account management team to optimise the dealer partner experience and commercial performance
  • Utilising Salesforce (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to support sales activities
  • Supporting with dealer commission payments and any associated pricing queries
  • Providing focused support for the dealer funding proposition
  • Working effectively within a workflow management structure
  • Managing the dealer onboarding process at 30-, 60- and 90-day stages
  • Ensuring that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out
  • Recording any Bwise incidents and Anti Money Laundering failings
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Background in Account Management or Relationship Management
  • Salesforce or other CRM system experience (preferred)
  • Experience in analysing data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience dealing with 3rd parties (preferred)
