Job Description

Are you anexperienced data analystwho can work withinmultiple business systemswithan eye for detail and accuracy Our client is theleading supplier into the rail sector. As a full-serviceprovider, they offer customers a variety of services from cradle to grave. They are now looking for anexperienced Supply Chain Data Analystto join the team with the option to be based from either theirDerby, Doncaster, Leicesteror Coatbridge sites. The ideal candidate will have previous experienceenhancing ERP systemsandcollecting and analysingsupply chain data.Supply Chain Data AnalystPermanentSalary – Dependent on experienceMonday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pmDerby, Doncaster, Leicester or CoatbridgeSupply Chain Data AnalystJob Description

  • Manage and analyse the relevant reports out of BMD and upload and maintain lead times.
  • Look into market trends and timings
  • Update pricing and master data in line with standard costs
  • Create a Procurement Dashboard within Power BI
  • Set up and train the Procurement team in Coupa
  • Create effective standard work for all current and new processes within the Procurement Team.
  • Support the Head of Procurement & Procurement Lead in the creation of presentations for Supplier Review Packs and in Environmental/Social Values data collection and action plan.
  • Create a Governance plan to maintain the Approved Supplier List in IMS
  • Update and maintain all Procurement procedures within IMS.
  • Create and maintain a database on supplier risk assessment plan around accreditations.
  • Go-to person for data collection and analysis within the Supply Chain.
Supply Chain Data AnalystEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • 5 years’ experience working as a Supply Chain Analyst
  • Experience enhancing ERP systems.
  • Previous project management experience
  • Full UK Driving license.
