The Team & Focus of the RoleWe have a new role for a Property Administrator to join our Rural Property Management team based from our Doncaster office. The team manages over 15,000 acres of agricultural land, numerous residential and commercial properties based in South Yorkshire,Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.This hands-on office based role would suit you if you’re from a previous property administration or building administration background and you’d like to have the ownership of your own workload. The role will be providing support to the estate managementteam in general administration roles.Apart from background, we’ll be looking for excellent organisation and relationship building skills between external contacts such as estate owners, tenants, suppliers and contractors, along with internal relationships with immediate colleagues and widercolleagues across the business.This is a permanent, full- time opportunity (Mon - Friday, 8.45am - 5.15pm) however we operate a hybrid working policy and are flexible to discuss other working hours as long as our core hours of 10am - 4pm are covered or part time hours with a minimum of30 hours per week.In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:
