We welcome applications from experienced engineers with backgrounds in industriessuch as automotive, aerospace, armed forces, rail, or related sectors.Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes and implement efficiency improvements.
  2. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity.
  3. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and resource optimization.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  5. Work closely with design and R&D teams to introduce new products or improve existing ones for manufacturability.
  6. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  7. Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot any engineering-related challenges.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Production Engineer, preferably in the rail sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
  4. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Experience in project management and the ability to meet deadlines.
