However, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).Our promise to you- £37,425 - £44,030 per annum- 25 days’ annual leave (full-time working) plus Bank Holidays- Pension scheme- Life insurance- Discretionary bonus scheme- On the job training and progression- Recognition scheme- Refer a friend- Flexible benefits including high street savings, cycle to work scheme and Gymflex membership, holiday purchase and many more- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme and the Best Doctors Service via our Wellbeing PlatformWhat will you be doing- Prepare periodic divisional re-forecasts and annual budgets- Develop and present new reporting- Support the Senior Finance Manager to prepare and critically review the divisional monthly results- Bring integrity and understanding to the regional P&L and cashflow- Present insightful monthly reporting of financial performance- Assist operations to understand and improve the division’s financial performance- Visit sites to challenge financial performance and coach financial awareness- Develop and implement initiatives designed to enhance regional financial performance- Utilise customer reporting to provide insightful analysis on volume and income- Take part in monthly business reviews and periodic re-forecasts- Support, prepare and challenge the divisional annual budget and business plansAs part of your role, travel around the region will be required.What we’re looking for- To be either a qualified or part-qualified accountant, or be qualified by experience (QBE)- To be a credible finance professional with a track record of providing excellent financial support- A background in the waste, manufacturing, or processing industry or the utility sector- Strong analytical skills- Strong IT skillsAbout UsWe are FCC Environment, one of the nation’s leading waste and resource management companies.
