Job Description

Cloud Application DeveloperAn exciting position has become available for two full-time Cloud Application Developers based in Doncaster. The successful candidate will receive a broad benefits package.You will be enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal ability. Your technical knowledge will be enhanced through your capability, to innovate and deliver comprehensive solutions to the challenges faced every day in our developing business.This position can be flexible hybrid working with a flexitime option.Role RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should have experience of working in an agile environment and be able to demonstrate substantial knowledge of:

  • Various AWS Services including EC2, RDS, EBS, ELB, IAM, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Security related protocolsTLS.
  • Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB).
  • JavaScript (client and server side) including Node.js/npm.
  • User authentication APIs including OAuth, Cognito, Firebase.
  • Experience implementing AWS IOT Core technologies.
  • Experience working with Vue3.
  • Git and related source control systems.
  • JavaScript frameworks e.g. Angular.
  • PHP.
  • Object Oriented Design Patterns with MVC Framework.
  • Experience working with React and other front end frameworks.
Role Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of existing Original Cloud production environment, which supports the companys product range.
  • You will take the lead in product development for this area and be at the forefront of introducing the latest technology to the business.
