Position: Technical Project ManagerSalary: Up to £55,000Location of Office: Barnsley + Hybrid Work from HomeThe role: As our client continue to grow their engineering team, they are now seeking a Technical Project Manager to join them in their offices in the Barnsley area. The successful Technical Project Manager will be tasked with leading arange of electronics and software development projects for the safety and detection sector. Their office is based in the Barnsley area, offering hybrid work from home and onsite parking, making them easily commutable via the likes of Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster,Chesterfield, Rotherham and more.Our client is looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager, who has experience working within an electronics product design environment, who is comfortable talking technically with engineers and confident creating, presenting, and implementing detailedproject plans and managing project activities from initiation through to successful completion. They have plans in place to implement new agile methodologies and processes so any experience in this area or experience with related tools and technologies isdesirable.Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in a hands-on Technical Project Manager role
Proven experience within an electronics/software/mechanical design environment
Successful experience delivering projects on time whilst meeting budget.

This role will best suit a Project Manager with a technical background (electronics design ideally) who is keen to get hands on with a range of projects and is looking for variety from day-to-day activities. Whilst playing a key role in the design and developmentof a range of industry leading safety devices that will be used around the globe.Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience working within a regulated product environment
A background in electronics or embedded software design
