Job Description

Axon Moore are delighted to be working closely with a top-quality, well established ink manufacturing and producing company based in Barnsley. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Keeping customer ledger up to date
  • Processing proforma invoices
  • Research shipping discrepancies
  • Organise collection and dispatch of original documents to customers worldwide via courier
  • Obtain freight quotes from freight forwarders
  • Manage sales invoicing queries
  • Sales order processing
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Good telephone communication
  • Excellent organisational skills with admin tasks
  • Managing/resolving customer enquiries
  • Maintain aged debts and proactively monitor invoice collections
Experience and Skill Requirements:
  • Export/Logistics administration (Essential)
  • International shipment documentation processing (Essential)
  • Preparation of export documentation (Essential)
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Solid telephone communication
  • Highly organised
  • Accounts admin (desirable)
