Senior PA - Red Cell Immunohaematology (RCI)As Senior Personal Assistant to one of our senior managers, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the mission of NHS Blood and Transplant to save and improve lives. Our Head of Red Cell Immunohaematology (RCI) will rely on you for comprehensive office and administrative support at a time of exciting change - and beyond.Ensuring the smooth running of the Head of RCI’s office, you’ll enjoy a wide range of responsibilities. These will range from preparing papers and taking minutes at meetings, through to coordinating travel and accommodation, managing the diary and gathering data from internal and external sources to inform meetings and decision making.Along the way, you will liaise closely with fellow senior PAs and communicate regularly with senior personnel across the organisation, to make sure progress is made on the Head of RCI’s agenda. Put simply, you will be integral to helping business transformation happen without a hitch.To be equal to the challenge, you’ll need excellent organisational skills and proven, relevant experience in a busy office environment. You’ll bring to the role impressive skills in using the Microsoft Office suite, including the creation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.Excellent communication skills in English are vital, both in person and in writing. You should demonstrate keyboard skills supported by, or equivalent to, RSA level 2.
