Job Description

Premier Recruitment(S.E.) has a great opportunity to work with prestigious and market leading client in care sector, based in Suffolk who is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse RGN(Neuro Rehab) , to join their growing team on permanent basis.This is an amazing opportunity to join a company, to progress fast and learn many new skills.About the Role

  • We are looking for nurses who have a sound knowledge of the holistic needs of adults with a variety of physical and mental health needs, experienced in clinical assessment, care planning skills and flexibility to meet the individual needs of the residents.
  • You will need to be flexible as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends and potentially nights, depending on contract type.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • You will take responsibility for the well-being of residents including; making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
  • Carrying out assessments, you will develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.
  • Throughout the day, you will monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.
  • Delivering clinical guidance to your care team, you will lead, motivate and mentor the team to ensure the safe and efficient day to day running of the care home.
  • Promoting residents independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.
The Successful Candidate for the role will have:
  • Experience in supporting adults with a range of clinical presentations, including, learning disabilities and functional and organic mental health issues.
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure, confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, passion to work with vulnerable adults and the desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
