Job Description

We are looking to recruit full time Warehouse Despatcher/Administrator to support the warehouse team based at our site in Eye, Suffolk. We are seeking individuals who are quick to learn and assimilate new systems with a good understanding of business administration.A high degree of accuracy and numeracy are essential to ensure to highest levels of customer service delivery. Full training will be given.You will be responsible for

  • Liaising and coordinating despatch of boxed products from the warehouse communicating with the warehouse team, administration departments and stock control.
  • Monitor our outbound delivery monitor and release orders for picking.
  • Create courier labels ready for dispatch.
  • Goods receipt deliveries ready for put away.
  • Book in goods with customers.
  • Responding to customer queries and requests expediting despatch of orders.
  • Create end of day manifests for couriers.
  • General customer service via telephone and e-mail.
  • Liaising with hauliers for the prompt and timely despatch of all deliveries and collections.
  • Working both independently and as part of a team.
