Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our clients team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to their employees and management team. You will be responsible forvarious HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. If you have a strong background in HR and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRExperience:- CIPD qualified (ideally level 5, minimum level 3)- Proven experience working in a similar HR role- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantageFor more information, please get in touch with Vicky on / .Atrium is an equal opportunity employer, and all hiring decisions are subject to international and local employment laws and regulations.
