Job Description

Packing and Despatch Cell LeaderJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Negotiable, dependent on experience and qualificationsWe are seeking a Packing and Despatch Cell Leader to support our company’s packing, transport, and distribution processes. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our customers while maintaining a zero-harm environment incompliance with all relevant policies and procedures.Day to Day of the role:

Coordinate with the Distribution department to ensure efficient loading and collections.
Prepare materials and collate orders for despatch readiness.
Support Parts Packing and wood shop areas as needed.
Work closely with the Packing Department to optimize packing methods for various shipments.
Manage the process of driver arrivals and departures, including the loading of vehicles and paperwork handling.
Maintain tidy yard areas and ensure goods are stored correctly.
Assist the Goods In department with unloading when necessary.
Perform additional duties as reasonably requested, respecting your existing status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B1 & B2 forklift truck certification.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Initiative, high standards, and excellent attention to detail.
Team player with an open communication style.
Positive approach with efficient communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven work experience in a dynamic role.
