As the successful candidate you will be building and maintaining internal and external relationships through industryleading service and expertise, and maximise market share by acting as a focal point for the brand.What you will be doing in this role

  • Achieve monthly GP targets and agreed KPI’s
  • Detailed deal management on all opportunities above the agreed threshold.
  • Position Midwich products and services on all relevant opportunities, reactively and proactively.
  • Maximise traded margin at every opportunity whilst remaining competitive, ensuring pricing support is added to all relevant deals.
  • Maximise each opportunity through attachment and upselling.
  • Maximise on quote conversion by utilising Midwich systems and product demonstrations, including end user / reseller attendance at Innovation House.
  • Proactive mindset to increase new business and traded accounts (brand depending).
  • Provide ADHOC product training internally to improve Account Manager product knowledge.
  • Drives vendor promotions/messaging internally including vendor incentives.
  • Efficiently and effectively manages email inbox, providing quality responses within agreed SLA’s.
  • Has a strong marketing presence through Social Media activity and awareness of Midwich, customer and industry events.
  • Has strong relationships with vendor contacts at both distribution and reseller levels
