Senior IT Engineer£30,000 - £40,000Benefits include: Private medical insurance, 33 days annual leave, holiday buy back, health cash plan, discounted gym membership.On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join an established organisation with geographical coverage throughout the UK . This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company providing a valuable service, where the cultureand values reflect their purpose.This role will join a growing Infrastructure department and act as the final point of escalation for BAU operations and project delivery. Working with the Service Desk to provide guidance and support, participate in a range of IT related projects, and assistwith the deployment of new services and solutions, whilst following an ITIL v4 framework.This position is offered on a hybrid model however the successful candidate will need to live commutable distance to travel to the support site in Diss, 2/3 days of the week.Requirements
