Job Title: Sales Support SpecialistLocation: Diss, office basedJob Type: Full-time, Mon to FridayOur client is is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales inbox, preparing quotes, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves a degreeof account management, ensuring that client needs are met and relationships are maintained effectively.Responsibilities:1. Manage the sales inbox and promptly respond to enquiries from clients and prospects.2. Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on their requirements and specifications.3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that quotes align with pricing guidelines and strategies.4. Assist in the management of customer accounts, including order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.5. Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings and technical specifications to effectively communicate with customers.6. Coordinate with other departments such as manufacturing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.9. Assist in the development and implementation of sales support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.Person Specification:1. Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.6. Prior experience in the gas control products industry or a similar technical field is a plus.7.
