Job Description

We are looking for Sales Advisor working as part of the Heating Services team at Certas Energy, this role is a Fixed-Term contract based in our Diss office.The role of Heating Services Sales Advisor requires you to drive sales and retention of new and existing Heating Services customers as well as dealing with inbound and outbound calls with the aim of retaining, up selling and converting service referrals.You will be responsible for proactively calling customers to arrange service visits and up selling additional products and while also being the primary interface for customer queries and complaints, maximising customer retention.Our Heating Services team offer complete boiler care packages to customers across the UK. By giving support to Routing and Engineers, you will ensure that service visits are scheduled and planned in advance to maximise the productivity of our engineers.As a Heating Services Sales Advisor for Certas Energy youll have access to:

Were looking for:
  • Previous Contact Centre and Customer Service/Sales experience is desirable
  • Able to build the appropriate level of professional rapport with customers
  • High degree of self-motivation and time management
  • Can manage customer interactions with empathy
  • Self-confidence and good interpersonal skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
