Job Description

Recruitment ConsultantBased in Diss, NorfolkFull Time, PermanentHales Group are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Diss, Norfolk. In this role you will be servicing existing clients as well as identifying and securing new business whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered toboth candidates and clients.In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively sourcing, registering and placing candidates into temporary and / or permanent vacancies, based on our clients requirements
  • Identifying new business opportunities with current, existing and lapsed clients through outbound sales activity
  • Maintaining communication with clients and candidates to ensure consistency of service
  • Completing registration interviews including all paperwork and documentation
  • Achieving the agreed levels of marketing activity to meet your targets by means of weekly out bound sales calls, identifying job leads, promotion of the business through social media channels, introducing candidates to clients
  • Promoting Hales Group through online networking and community events
  • Writing and advertising vacancies through online job boards, social media and other associated platforms
  • Visiting existing and prospect clients
  • Providing clients with information on the wider job market and employment regulations
Applicants must have:
  • Ability to demonstrate confident verbal communications skills both over the phone and face to face
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role in a targeted sales environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised using you own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work to and exceed deadlines and targets
  • IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with experience of CRM Systems and using social media for business use
