As a part of the Purchasing team this person will be working with the wider Business Managementteam as well as our suppliers, to ensure the stock profiles for their accounts are maintained.What you will be doing in this role

  • Placing/raising and maintaining orders for our vendor stock.
  • Provide recommendations to the internal teams on stock requirements and data.
  • Entering delivery dates and information into our system ready to be fed to internal and external teams.
  • Deal with issues that occur when the goods are delivered to the warehouse, including working with the supplier and working to resolve it.
  • Be responsible for any invoicing queries for your suppliers, from both the internal teams and external suppliers. Including pricing, debits and credits.
  • Work to tight deadlines, given internally and externally, ensuring deadlines are met.
