Are you experienced within Personal Injury Claims Medical claims Seeking a new role Look no further! Looking for remote workingWe seek an experienced Personal Injury claims handler to join a busy team specialising in motorcycle injury claims.You will handle claims from cradle to grave and be responsible for a caseload of approximately 125 claims. Experience of working with the MOJ RTA Low Value Claims portal is an advantage as is litigation experience.Duties to include :-• Managing own caseload with minimal supervision.• Assess liability to ensure claims have sufficient prospects of success.• Accurate assessment of quantum with reference to caselaw.• Adherence to best practice and key strategies.• Validations of claims for exaggeration/dishonesty.What we seek from you: -• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.• Excellent communication skills.• Strong negotiations skills.• Experience of dealing with RTA Fast Track personal injury claims.• The ability to draft own pleadings.• Good knowledge of the civil procedure rules.• Good keyboard skills.• Be a good team player.Whats in it for youSalary negotiableHybrid working arrangement can be considered or full remote working.Based in: DissInterestedPlease call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to
