This person will support the team and wider business across a wide range of functions and to carry out hands onand administrative tasks.What you will be doing in this role

  • Visitor Management; answering the phone, greeting visitors, signing in visitors, etc.
  • Stock room management including sorting the morning post and delivering to recipients, check and sign all deliveries, prepare outgoing goods for collection, amongst other activities.
  • Aid in the business travel requirements, booking hotels, car hire, train tickets for colleagues and providing admin to support this.
  • Maintain the reception area and individual meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable throughout the day.
  • General office support of equipment.
  • Aid in maintaining company facilities, such as car park, liaising with external engineers for facility repairs, etc.
What you will bring to the role
  • Experience of Office 365, including Excel.
  • Personable.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Highly organised.
  • Works well within a team but always able to work autonomously.
