We are looking for an In-House Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their happy and bustling HR department to help support their recruitmentacross the UK & Ireland. Salary is up to £35,000pa and comes with a huge range of additional benefits.Operating hand-in-hand with HR business partners, hiring managers, internal stakeholders and of course, candidates across all levels, youll be reporting directly to the HR Manager.The job is full-on, covering the whole recruitment lifecycle to attract fresh talent and whilst I have a full job brief to share with you, heres a snapshot of the position:* Job advertising, including maximising exposure on social media platforms and websites etc* Shortlisting ATS applicants, screening, scheduling interviews and if needed, support with interviewing and providing feedback to all parties* Holding Midwich recruitment open days and attend job fairs & career events to find potential candidates, including liaising with local 6th Forms and those who may be passively looking* Gaining an understanding of business areas, roles, competition and the general employment market* Collaborating with HRBPs to comprehend the business salary benchmarking* Report on recruitment figures compared to company targets and consider improvement strategies where needed* Collaborate closely with Managers regarding planned / budgeted heads, working to optimum recruitment timelines* Assist with the implementation of Graduate programmes and utilisation of Apprentice/Traineeships to find new talentThe offices are modern, bright and airy, with lovely facilities - the benefit package is superb and as you can see, this really is an interesting role, so, if you are an experienced recruiter in any capacity and you feel its time for a change, please giveMichelle Denny a call to talk through all the details.
