This person will provide expert technology support functions, such as diagnosis and correcting key mission critical systems, working with the wider IT tram and support the continuously improving service model acrossa range of technology services and products.What you will be doing in this role

• Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with demo integrations and meeting room equipment.
• Maintain strict separation between corporate networks, data, and devices and those being used for demonstration purposes. Reporting concerns or conflicts up to managers to resolve any concerns.
• Perform a wide range of system administration duties including Azure Subscription management, integrations, and networking suggestions for the Midwich Azure infrastructure.
• Assess adequate access controls based on least privilege and need-to-know methodologies.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades within your area.
• Apply security policies to all applications and services in active use by the Group and producing suggestions to shut down/decommission those no longer required.
• Rigorously create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
• Lead and participate in complex infrastructure projects.
• Contribute towards a business and end user (Customer) centric ethos within the team.

What you will bring to the role

• Significant experience in: Microsoft Azure Logic and function apps; key vaults; service bus; VM; and data factory.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Office365 Message Encryption, architectural design, migration management and support of large-scale implementations.
• Experience and understanding of D365 and how it interacts with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience of working within a secure minded environment.
• Working knowledge of DevOps jargon.
