Michelle Denny Recruitment is looking for First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Claims Advisors for Lancaster Gate Assistance for their contemporary offices in Diss. The salary is between £21,500 - £23,000pa, depending on experience and comes with regularbonuses and perks too. Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with only one in four Saturdays needed (and youll get a full day off during that week!).Lancaster Gate Assistance is a dedicated Motorcycle Claims, Hire and Repair solution for the Motor Insurance Industry and if you are looking for a job that doesnt suck the life out of you, you could be in luck because this modern industry leader is hiring.LGA are all about providing exceptional service to customers with their fresh and dedicated approach. The team is made up of diverse and friendly individuals who are passionate about helping customers get the support they need when life throws a two-wheeledaccident curveball.As a FNOL Claims Advisor your job will be to become the hero their customers deserve. Youll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line or the quick responder in their inbox when they need you most. Youll guide them through the claims process, answerquestions, and make sure theyre back on their feet (and their motorbikes...) at the earliest opportunity.The basics of what youll be doing:* Dealing with new claims from inception to hiring a replacement bike, keeping all parties constantly updated with progress of the claim* Arranging the safe delivery of hire vehicles whilst their bike is being repaired* Using the in-house system to accurately keep all the important claim details up to date - and dont worry, youll be fully trained on how to use it as well as how to do the job!)What we need from you:* A naturally empathetic and patient nature* Killer communication skills (you need to love talking to people!)* The ability to explain sometimes complicated stuff in simple terms* Problem-solving skills* Team spirit - youre not in this alone!* The ability to cover the shift patterns of 9am - 5:30pm and 10:30 - 7pm with one in four Saturdays, working 9am - 5pmIf youre ready to be part of a team thats providing exceptional customer service and helping people, we want to hear from you, so please contact Shelly Tinkley or simply apply online.
