Out client, a rapidly expanding and fast paced business based in Diss, are seeking a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.Our client are looking for a proactive individual, who will be responsible for the preparation, development, and analysis of key financial information. The right candidate will be comfortable and confident in presenting data to the management team, includinghighlighting any control issues to management and enabling them to make well-informed decisions regarding the future stability, growth, and profitability of the Company.Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:- Overseeing the preparation of management accounts and providing assistance to subsidiaries, where required- Audit the balance sheet for key financial risks- Prepare, review and present customer profitability reports and other financial data as requested- Support Business Managers to ensure all areas are making informed financial decisions- Assist with budgeting and quarterly reforecasting- Assist with annual subsidiary audits, where required- Assistant in internal audits- Provide assistance and support to the internal ERP project, ensuring that the solution is fit for the business and requirements- Assist in the SECR reporting and other environmental reporting, where required- Assist with implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls identified- Oversee line management of the Finance team leadersIdeal candidates will be ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong background within Management Accounts. In additional to this excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships and influence others.
