The successful person would look after an area of the business and provide post sales support forour customers and vendors.What you will be doing in this role

  • Processing product returns, including all relevant documentation.
  • Liaising with couriers and logistics organisations we and our vendors use.
  • Communicating with the internal colleagues to ensure timely support.
  • Investigate and resolve all customer queries, via both email and over the phone.
  • Work independently to resolve queries in your business area, but also support the wider team where possible.
  • Work with our vendors and manufacturers to make sure individual procedures are being followed for returns and other queries.
What you will bring to the role
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with potentially difficult customers.
  • Drive to learn about our vendors, products, systems and our wider business.
  • IT literate, including the full Microsoft suite.
  • Previous customer service experience within a large business.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box.
