Michelle Denny Recruitment are searching to find an experienced Credit Controller for a well-established company based in Diss. We are recruiting for a permanent, full time person working Monday to Friday on a rota basis 9am - 5:30pm and 10am - 6:30pm.Salary for this role will be discussed on application and is based on experience.This is a great opportunity to continue your career in Credit Control by working alongside your team to ensure the business provides a top notch and efficient service to customers. You will be providing assistance and advice playing a key part in ensuring moniesowed are collected in a fair and manageable way.Daily duties:* Communicating with B2C customers regarding their policy direct debits* Advising appropriately and setting up payment plans as necessary* Taking payments* Updating the system with accurate amendments and conversation notes* Liaising with debt management companiesExperience needed:* Experience within a similar role* Good numeracy and IT skills* A customer service background would be useful* Steadfast, professional and friendly with empathetic communication skillsThe office is open, bright and have excellent transport links as it is located near to Diss train station.
