Description:As a Senior User Interface/User Experience Designer, you help our team understand what we really need to make, and build high quality systems tailored to the needs of our users.You will own the app user journey including entry points through our website, email and marketing campaigns.You will be responsible for empowering our parents to support their children through an interface that makes it easy to learn, try and achieve.You will lead the research into user needs; interviews, surveys, focus groups and guerrilla/lab testing. Leading to dissemination of data findings to then shape the product features.You will deliver user interfaces considering the components, interactions, error handling and flow to equip our engineering team to build into our app.You will work in a cross-functional team and collaborate with colleagues, our partners and usersbe working from home, in the MFFY office or meeting our users.You will be comfortable facilitating workshops and playing back session output to stakeholdersYou will inspire and motivate the product team and stakeholders of the opportunities to better the product for our users.You will ensure high quality delivery working closely with the Head of Product.You will lead by example by taking ownership, being proactive and collaborating.You will be working in an Agile way to deliver value; design, deliver, learn and iterate.You will foster a great user centric culture who innovate, work as a team and celebrate success.You will share expert knowledge of user flows, product features, and underlying technologies across teams and tracks.You will write, review and take responsibility for clear, concise and comprehensive design and development principles, standards, components, and practices.You will demonstrate awareness of current and upcoming trends in market, technology and design; sharing this knowledge widely and encourage others to learn.Skills:
