Job Description

Management Support Officer needed in Plymouth Paying £12.92 per hr ref 5202Full time hours on a temporary basisThis role will involve:

  • Manage the tasking and delivery of tasks as required by the administration team ensuring they are completed on time and to a required standard
  • Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries and project a professional image and high degree of customer focus.
  • Setting up, monitoring submissions, circulating papers and recording key programme related meetings
  • Organise and arrange events as required by the programme including booking venues, inviting attendees and managing the event on the day
  • The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience and ability to effectively manage, organise and prioritise workload to meet conflicting demands
