You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of Family matters and will providehelpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. The appointed Family Lawyer will deal with a mix case load of matters to include, but not limited to, divorce, financial matters and cohabitation disputes. Thesuccessful Family Lawyer must be committed to understanding clients requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice. You will be able to commence the role immediately and will work remotely on an on-going basis expected to last for a minimumof 3-months.THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law. The appointed Locum will have gained at least 2 years + experience in this area of law. You will be joining at a busy time you must be able to hit the ground runningand adapt quickly to a busy workload.
