Job Description

Title: Warehouse Team LeaderSalary: > £36,500 + BonusLocation: DevonWork pattern: Monday-FridayAs one of Europes biggest materials suppliers, we are looking to hire an energetic Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a small team and help push productivity within the Warehouse. This business is known for providing top-class building supplies and has seenglobal growth since its launch in 2009. The successful candidate will be working on a plant and will be ensuring the Warehouse runs efficiently to satisfy customer demands. The ideal candidate must have a driven mindset and an energetic personality to motivatea team.This is a perfect opportunity for an individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for the company. The successful candidate should have experience in picking, packing, quality control, goods-in and dealing with production.Role and Responsibilities

  • Motivating and leading the team to be efficient within the Warehouse, giving training and feedback when necessary.
  • Keep track of stock and inventory within the warehouse and ensure all products are stored correctly
  • Hands-on approach in helping with Picking and Packing of and preparing orders for despatch.
  • Creatively think of projects that will benefit the team and help improve functions within the Warehouse.
  • Ensure Health and Safety procedures are implemented within the site
Experienced Required
  • Experience in working in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding of how a plant functions and operates.
  • Track record of using SAP.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
